Enquiries, orders and delivery
Submitting an enquiry, requesting an evaluation or joining an account does not purchase a licence. Staff prepare and attach QuickBooks quotes and invoices, record signed acceptance and confirm cleared payment. Requested user counts are rounded to commercial capacity buckets and shown before acceptance. A signed order and applicable agreement define the purchase.
After the required approvals, an operator issues files with portable Keygen and staff verify and release them for authorised download. Payment or an order status alone is not a signed entitlement. Evaluations require approval and use the existing 30-day, 25-user grant. Recovering an original file does not restart its evaluation or extend a service term. Hosted provisioning and the first-administrator handoff are separately reviewed.
English and French are interface languages. A translated page does not translate or replace an original quote, invoice, signed order or agreement. The applicable signed commercial agreement governs the purchased service.
Account authority and acceptable use
Clickly verifies the relationship and invites the first owner. Owners can invite purchasing or technical colleagues within the account’s permissions. Use your own account, keep credentials private, complete required security checks, and give accurate information only when authorised. Report suspected account compromise promptly. A portal role does not make someone an IAMSpock system administrator.
Do not bypass access controls, impersonate someone, send malware or unlawful material, harvest personal information, disrupt the service or perform scans or automated extraction without written permission. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive data or secrets. Report security concerns to info@clickly.co.za with the subject SECURITY REPORT, without exploit code or personal information in the first message.
Information, ownership and links
Public material is general product information, not legal, tax, audit or certification advice. IAMSpock does not guarantee certification, compliance, audit success or prevention of every security event. Binding specifications and service commitments belong in the executed agreement.
Clickly and its licensors retain rights in the site and product. You may use the site for its intended lawful business purpose; this does not grant product or content-pack rights. You retain rights in submitted information and allow its use for the enquiry or business relationship described in the privacy notice.
External links do not imply endorsement. Other providers have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and responsibility
We may change or suspend website access for maintenance or security and do not promise uninterrupted access. Take reasonable care of your devices and credentials. A portal interruption does not change a signed licence or the separate service commitments in your agreement.
To the extent permitted by law, Clickly is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss arising only from reliance on public website information. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restrict applicable statutory rights or change liability agreed in a signed commercial agreement.
Disputes and changes
South African law governs website use. A court with jurisdiction in the Western Cape handles website-use disputes unless mandatory law requires otherwise. First send a description to info@clickly.co.za so the parties can try to resolve the issue.
The approved version and effective date must be published before live use. Later website changes do not retrospectively change a signed commercial agreement.
